"Two Blind Mice" To Play Here Next Thursday
Playgoers will get a hilarious glimpse of bureaucracy, feminine type, when the State Theatre Players present "Two Blind Mice" here next Thursday. The farce, written by Samuel Spewack of "Kiss Me Kate" fame, is being sponsored by the local Rotary Club.
The plot of the play centers around two little old ladies discovered operating a "lost agency" abolished by Congress five years earlier.
Ruth Vogel and Mariann Doran play the pixie pair of scatterbrained seed sorters who outfox the high governmental officers.
Tickets for the play are available at Machado's Insurance and Mastrangelo's. "Two Blind Mice" will play Los Banos only one night, Oct. 26. The curtain rises at 8:15. Only 100 seats are on sale to the public-first come, first served.
