Los Banos Rotary Club History
Party Well Attended

Approximately 1750 kids were on hand for the Rotary Club's annual Christmas theatre party Monday, Dec. 23, at the Crest Theatre. Tickets were issued to all children in the Volta, Charleston and Los Banos schools.
Santa, of course, was the big attraction, this year played by Americo Marciochi who gave each child a Christmas stocking filled with candy. He was assisted by members of the Los Banos Rotary.

Feature movie was the Walt Disney production of "Stormy the Thoroughbred" followed by several cartoons, according to Mrs. Frank J. Silva Jr., theatre manager.

Chairman of the project this year was B. A. Wilson, assisted by Sid Rowe and Jack Duarte.
