Los Banos Rotary Club History
New President

Edward Evans, manager of the Los Banos Branch, Bank of America, assumed his duties as president of the local Rotary Club Tuesday as he accepted the gavel from President Otto Zentner. A "Kick-Out" party for the retiring president is scheduled next Wednesday evening.

Evans came to Los Banos in May, 1955 from Merced where he was assistant cashier of the Merced branch for five years, after previously serving in the San Francisco division for eight years. He is a native of Pottstown, Pa. and graduate of Chicago and Stanford Universities.
